Returns Policy
Competition Entries
Once a competition entry has been submitted and payment confirmed, entries are generally non-refundable as they form part of an active live draw.
Cancelled Competitions
If a competition is cancelled before the draw takes place, a full refund will be issued to all entrants within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Extension of Competitions
If not enough tickets are sold, we will extend the competition up to three times before offering refunds to all entrants.
Won Prizes
Physical prizes are supplied as described. If a prize arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@luxurywatchsupply.shop with photographic evidence.
Runner-Up Credit
Runner-up credit prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us at hello@luxurywatchsupply.shop before initiating a chargeback and we will resolve it promptly.
