Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by Luxury Supply Group Ltd, registered at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. By purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of all countries may enter unless prohibited by local law. Employees of Luxury Supply Group Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must select their desired number of tickets, successfully answer the skill-based question correctly, and complete payment. Entries are only valid upon successful payment processing.
The Skill-Based Element
Lux Watch Supply competitions are classified as prize competitions, not lotteries. Entry requires answering a skill-based question correctly. Only correct entries are entered into the final random draw.
The Draw
Winners are selected using a third-party Random Number Generator called Randomdraws. All draw results are final. The draw takes place once all available tickets have been sold, or at the advertised closing date, whichever comes first.
Prizes
Prizes are as described on the competition page. All watches are supplied with full certification paperwork and original box unless otherwise stated. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Ticket Limits
Maximum ticket limits per person per competition are as advertised on each competition page. Lux Watch Supply reserves the right to cancel excess entries and issue a refund.
Runner-Up Prizes
Where stated, runner-up prizes will be awarded as credit towards future competitions. Credit is non-transferable and expires after 12 months from issue.
Charitable Contribution
One tree will be planted for every ticket sold, via our partnership with Ecologi and Eden Reforestation Projects.
Extension of Competitions
In the unlikely event that not enough tickets are sold, we will extend the entry period up to a maximum of three times before issuing refunds to all entrants.
Refunds
Once a competition is live and tickets have been confirmed, refunds will not be issued except where a draw does not take place. If a competition is cancelled, a full refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.
Data Protection
Personal data collected during entry will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
